Applied Dispute Resolution Journal: Special Issue on Coaching in ADR
Over the past several decades, the field of coaching has significantly expanded. Coaching is utilized by a growing number of individuals as they seek to solve their problems in innovative and more self-directed ways. This issue will focus on varieties of coaching as they relate to alternative dispute resolution (ADR) practices (mediation, arbitration, restorative).
The Editors are looking for articles addressing the effects of conflict coaching on ADR practices in addition to articles that regard coaching as a form of ADR itself. We seek articles that focus on any form of coaching (life, strengths coaching, conflict, executive, relationship). Of special interest are articles that focus on the pre-eminent role that social media has on the coaching the industry and in sectors that have a lesser history with the field of coaching.
